Ori Yogev

Chairman

Ori has vast experience as CEO and Chairman of numerous business companies, including Israel Railways, and as CEO of the First International Bank of Israel.

In the public arena, Ori served as Director of the Government Companies Authority (2013 – 2017), chaired the Consultative Committee to the National Economic Council, served as Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister (2009 – 2010), and Head of the Budgets Department in the Ministry of Finance (2002 – 2004).

He headed the Committee for the Reform of the Electricity Sector and led reforms of the seaports, Israel Post, Mekorot, and Israel Railways.

  • Muli Ravina

Muli Ravina

Chairman of the Investments Committee

Muli has over 25 years of experience in senior positions in the business sector and government. Muli currently serves as Chairman of the Israel Financial Institute (IFI), Chairman of the Investments Committee at Ayalon Insurance, and Chairman of the Executive of the largest cargo terminal in Europe. He also serves as Vice Chairman of CAL Cargo Airlines Co. Ltd. Previously, he served as CEO of Credit Suisse Israel, Assistant to the Director of the Ministry of Finance, and as CEO and director in various sectors of the economy, including investments, finance, gas and petroleum, logistics, and software.

Nitzan Goldreich, Adv.

Legal Counsel

Nitzan has an LL.B from Tel-Aviv University.

She specializes in project financing, which includes representing banks and other financial institutions, providing assistance and counseling to venture capitalists and entrepreneurs involved in energy and infrastructure venture transactions.

 

  • Ron Gilboa

Ron Gilboa

Analyst

Ron is an accountant who has a bachelor's degree with honors in accounting and psychology from Tel Aviv University. He joined the Fund in 2023. Prior to joining the Fund, Ron was a manager in the consulting division at Deloitte, where he carried out valuations and economic models, among other economic projects. Before Deloitte, he worked at the investment house, Pasternak Shoham.
